Medical Examination and Due Diligence
Applicants are required to undergo medical examinations, including routine medical examinations, HIV, pass Antigua's very stringent due diligence, and have no criminal record in all places where they have lived continuously for more than 6 months in the past 10 years.
Accompanying Person Qualification
children under the age of 18; or
Children aged 18-28, studying full-time, unmarried, and financially dependent on their parents; or children aged 18 and above, due to physical or mental disabilities, living with the main applicant (and fully financed by the main applicant)
If a parent or grandparent of the main applicant or spouse is over the age of 58 and resides with the main applicant, they may qualify as accompanying persons.
Investment method
A one-time donation of at least US$100,000 (applicants for a family of four or less) or US$125,000 (applicants for a family of five or more) to the National Development Fund (NDF) within a limited time, this donation is non-refundable;
Purchase at least US$400,000 of real estate in a government-approved real estate project (hold for at least 5 years);
Invest at least $400,000 in a government-approved business.
